Kai is a platform for managing shared assets, including aircraft, vehicles, and equipment. We provide tools for booking, scheduling, expense tracking, maintenance management, and group administration.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
