How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
Admin
To upgrade your plan:
- Open Group settings
- Go to the Subscription tab
- Click Manage subscription
- Choose your new plan
- Review the changes and the pro-rated charge
- Click Confirm upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll receive an email confirmation with the new plan details.
Add-ons (member packs, extra assets)
Add-ons can be increased or decreased at any time:
- Increasing an add-on applies immediately, with the pro-rated difference billed on the next invoice
- Decreasing an add-on also applies immediately, with a pro-rated credit for the unused portion
Downgrading your plan
Full plan downgrades aren't currently available through the in-app flow. If you need to drop to a smaller plan, contact support and we'll handle the change through the Stripe billing portal.
