Kai has three subscription plans:
Essential — for small groups
- Up to 5 members
- 1 asset included
- All core features
Professional — for growing groups
- Up to 30 members
- 3 assets included
- Priority support
Enterprise — for larger groups
- Unlimited members
- 10 assets included
- All Professional features
Add-ons
Each plan can be extended with:
- Extra member packs — additional members beyond the plan limit
- Additional asset slots — more assets than the plan includes
- Flight school module — student/instructor management, license tracking, training records
- Accounting integration — automatic invoice sync with Yuki, Exact Online, or e-Boekhouden
All plans include unlimited bookings, expense tracking, maintenance scheduling, and full mobile-app access.
Choosing a plan
- Essential fits a small co-ownership of 2–5 people on a single asset
- Professional is the right starting point for active flying clubs, larger co-ownerships, and groups with multiple assets
- Enterprise is for full clubs, schools, or fleet operators with more than 30 members or specialised needs
